A - la carte Restaurant

If you wish to dine at our Gasthaus zur Sonne, you are able to do so. Just let us know 1 day ahead and we will deduct € 15 per Person from you account.

Arrival and Departure

Your rooms and suites are ready to check in at 3:00 P. If you wish to arrive after 7:00 P please let us know ahead of time. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacant the rooms and suites at 11:00 A. If you wish to enjoy the remainder of the day at our resort, we are happy to store your luggage and the wellness area is at your leisure free of charge.

Cancellation Policy and deposit

Our policy goes in accordance with the Austrian Hotel Association.
Up to 1 month before arrival cancellations are possible at no charge. From 1 month up to 14 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 40 % of the total booked amount. From 14 days undil 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70 % of the total booked amount. With cancellations within the last week we will charge you 90 % of the total booked amount.
In order to travel hassle-free we do recommend, that you take a travel insurance. Our partner, the European Travel Insurance handles any cancellation fees and protects you during your journey. This includes helicopter evacuations during the winter month. The insurance fee is 5 % of the total booking amount.
We kindly ask you to transfer within 14 days 30 % of the total booking amount as deposit. Upon arrival in our bank account your booking is sound and firm.

Gift Certificates

Whatever you would like to give away - a stay at our resort, a spa treatment, a culinary highlight at our Gasthaus zur Sonne - our Reception Desk will be happy to issue Gift certificates.

Internet Access

Unlimited high-speed internet access is available in all rooms and suites. We do have wireless hotspots at the Penthouse Lounge and the Gallery.

Luggage

We are delighted to bring your luggage to yours rooms or suites. If you decide to arrive early or depart late we are able to store your luggage at no additional charge. In addition we can offer you changing rooms and freshen-up facilities.

Outdoor Center

Next to the Reception Desk you will find our Outdoor Center counter. Here you can book any kind of sports activities offered such as river rafting, mountain climbing, paragliding, mountain biking and the like. During winter season we offer great outdoor fun stuff, skiing, snow show walks, off the piste trails and much more.

Parking

Our generous parking lot is available for you at no extra cost.

You can settle your final account in cash or with your EC/Maestro Card. In addition we accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club

Price list

We do reserve the right to change prices and rates. With the arrival of new brochures, previous brochures are not valid any longer.

Reception Desk

Open daily from 7:00 A until 10:00 P. We carry items such as stamps, post cards and hygiene articles.

Room Rates

Room rates are calculated and advertised per person per night including our many inclusive amenities and our Premium Half Board. Bed and breakfast is available, the daily room rate is reduced by € 25,00

Smoking

Generally speaking our resort is non-smoking. We do have areas, where smoking is permitted. All room and suite balconies, smoking zones on the terrace, the spa patio, the Havanna Club and the Bar at the Gasthaus zur Sonne. Smoking in all rooms and suites is strictly prohibited and we do charge you € 200:00 cleaning fees, if somebody has smoked in a room or suite. We kindly ask you for your understanding.

Transportation

We can arrange for transportation from and to the train stations in Bregenz and Dornbirn as well as from and to the airports of Zurich, Friedrichshafen, Memmingen and Altenrhein.
